My Happy Place

This photo was taken when I was on the road, in training to be a tour guide for Trek America quite a handful of years ago. We were hiking in Yosemite and I lay down to feel the sun on my face with the mist of the waterfall gently landing on my hot,sweaty skin...within moments I was fast asleep. Thank goodness I was too dead tired from the intensity of this training to toss or turn -- I'd never have survived a tumble down that waterfall (Nevada falls) which is literally at my toes...
